I gotta say, I got a great bang for my buck at this hotel. The room was nice, modern, and minimalistic. The location was perfect, right by the malecon and with a nice commercial street nearby. And the staff was super friendly and efficient.
The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement - maybe more variety would be nice.

However, I must say that the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable and safe during my stay. The hotel also had good security in their parking lot, which gave me peace of mind. The location of the hotel, near the malecon/flagpole area, was also a positive aspect as it was convenient for exploring the main attractions of the city. Despite the drawbacks, the hotel offered a nostalgic charm and some of the renovated rooms were quite nice, with a modern and minimalistic design.
The hotel room was extremely plain and lacking any kind of decoration or color. It felt like a hospital room, with stark white walls and very minimal furniture.
